My wife Saren and I spent the day at one in Northlake. It was ok, with some high points.
I especially liked the self-hypnosis session on accessing our higher selves.
The best, however, was a shamanic journey to the lower world led by the gal from http://www.goldenlighthealing.net - Kutcha removed an old, large, and powerful pearl of sorrow from my heart, and instead of throwing it in the ocean of sorrows, broke it. We also went to the lower world by going under Lake Superior, and I met the guardian of the lower world briefly. He was a wise old Native American sage.
I am very grateful for this unexpected journey and healing. I need to give thanks soon.
