|  Dr. Eben Alexander is a neurosurgeon and author of the best-selling book Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife. In these two programs Dr. Alexander gives a powerful re-telling of his story by looking at the past two and a half years of his life spent in trying to reconcile his rich spiritual experience with contemporary physics and cosmology. He is convinced that his spiritual experience is totally consistent with the leading edges of scientific understanding.
These two presentations were part of the 128th Summer Convention of the Theosophical Society in America. The theme for the conference was "Science and the Experience of Consciousness." 2014.
